Properties:White or yellowish fine amorphous powder, or crystalline powder. Odorless and tasteless. The proportion is 4.42-4.45. Soluble in acids, alkaline and ammonium salt solutions; insoluble in water. Sp.gr.4.42-4.5; Nontoxic. Application:Basic zinc carbonate is widely used not only in rubber, plastic, latex products as the foaming additives and colorant of rubber and plastics, vulcanizing agent and light stabilizer of transparent rubber, but also in the rayon, petroleum, and chemical fertilizer industries as the main material of the desulfurizer and the catalyst, the main material of zinc oxide and so on.
