Ampoule and Oral Liquid series sterilizer is mainly used for the sterilization and leakage check of preparations such as ampoule and oral liquid. There are two mediums for sterilization: steam and hot water.
User can make a choice according to requirements of sterilization temperature and distributing uniformity. Usually, if low temperature (under 105) is needed or temperature has to be uniformly
distributed, water shower sterilizer shall be chosen. After sterilization step, the leakage check methods of vacuum only and vacuum with color water are ready for users choice.The chamber is made of high quality stainless steel, welded by special automatic welder. The inner wall is polished mechanially with a nice outlook and anti-erosion effect.
In the chamber a punched spray system is equipped to ensure a uniform sterilization under relative low temperature.
Negative pressure and entering color water in case of negative pressure are adopted for leak check.
Process controlled on the touch screen with data printing and recording.
