1. Structure and Characteristics
■ Fixation
Becasuse it has chosen to use logic valve, it cam be operated at a high speed(400mm/sec),
and when switch is turned on or off, no shock is generated, and, because it
uses the constant output type piston pump, high output can be achieved under
low power, and the noise and heat geneations are minimized due to its use of
logic circuit, providng pleasant work environment, and raising the productivity.
■ Rigidity and Precision
It is of a strainght side frame type, and has sufficient rigidity and strength,
making it possible to maintain its precision even after long hours of operation.
Is is suitable for production of precision products.
■ Safety
It has the photo-electric safety feature and gate bar lock cylinder, to insure
the safety during operation or or rest period, and its double safety hydraulic
circuit makes the machine stop during operation under heavy load, without sudden
impact on or causing damage to the die or machine.
■ Maneuverability and Operability
Because various buttons, switches, and gauge control valves are placed all together
on the control panel, and because of the use of PLC(Programable Logic Controller),
its operation is so simple and easy, and because it can be made to take various
and precise movements, maintenance and repair job can be performed with ease.
